Established in 2021 by six experienced medical technology professionals, JDL Access has steadily expanded both its team and its services. Today, we proudly serve a diverse clientele, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to innovative, venture-capital-backed start-ups. From the beginning, we embraced a boutique model, enabling us to foster meaningful, long-term partnerships. With a proven track record spanning all major medical specialty markets, we are committed to delivering concierge-level service, tailoring our approach to each client’s unique needs rather than prioritizing growth through volume. Meet Our CEO
We are led by Kim Norton, a 30-year medical device industry veteran. Kim has helped to establish coverage for many innovative technologies throughout her career. Kim’s work in industry (NuVasive, DePuy Synthes, Aesculap, and numerous start-up companies) and in consulting (as a managing partner of Argenta Advisors for many years and independently) has always been focused on increasing patient access to new technologies. Her passion for this work is what drives her every day in leading the talented team at JDL Access.
