Partner
In over 30 years in reimbursement, Jo has held various roles in provider, medical device and health plan organizations. As a consultant, she works to accelerate adoption of innovative technologies by integrating coding, and payment policy initiatives including applications for HCPCS and ICD-10 coding. Jo also combines strategic advocacy strategies to understand and impact the payer coverage landscape. Jo also serves as the CPT and RUC staff for the American Society of General Surgeons.

Mark has committed his 25+ year career entirely in the health care industry, with the vast majority focused on medical technology, provider reimbursement and health economics. Prior to joining JD LYMON, Mark founded Pursuance Consulting, a reimbursement and health economics consulting practice.

Julie is a seasoned operational leader and has worked within the healthcare and insurance industry for 25+ years. She has experience managing multiple physician practices and has worked at national and regional health plans. Julie has experience launching and operating new business operations and is known for exceeding customer service expectations. She has a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

Chris is a statistician and has been consulting for nearly 20 years. He joined JD LYMON from a medical device CRO where we held various executive roles including responsibility for biostatistics, market access, and corporate operations. He focuses on evidence development initiatives to support FDA and reimbursement stakeholder reviews.

Carla has worked in the field of Government Affairs or Market Access for over 30 years. She most recently was the Vice President, Government Affairs & Market Access, at LivaNova where she developed and oversaw US healthcare policy as well as market access strategies across the LivaNova portfolio. Carla has an entrepreneurial spirit and in addition to co-founding JDL Access, she also co-founded Argenta Advisors and JD Lymon Group.

Adi is a strategic advisor to medical technology companies, with 25+ years in market access, health economics, and reimbursement strategies. Adi has implemented national strategies to integrate innovations into existing treatment pathways. Adi serves as Industry Representative to the CMS MEDCAC Panel, and is co-Director of the NAMCP New Technologies Executive Leadership Council.
