President
Kim Norton has spent three decades working in medical technology reimbursement, market access, and government affairs. Her career has spanned start-up companies, mid-sized and large device companies, and consulting, providing her with a diverse and comprehensive perspective. Her dedication to helping reimbursement professionals and companies succeed in improving patient access to innovative technologies is the driving force behind her career.

In over 30 years in reimbursement, Jo has held various roles in provider, medical device, and health plan organizations. As a consultant, she works to accelerate adoption of innovative technologies by integrating coding and payment policy initiatives, including applications for HCPCS / CPT and ICD-10 coding. Jo also utilizes strategic advocacy strategies to impact the payer coverage landscape. Jo serves as the CPT and RUC staff for the American Society of General Surgeons.

Mark has committed his 25+ year career entirely to the healthcare industry, with the vast majority focused on medical technology, provider reimbursement, and health economics. Mark has extensive experience in payment policy, particularly for new technologies including CMS' New Technology Add-On Payment, Transitional Pass-Through and New Technology APC programs. He has led reimbursement functions for multi-national companies as well as for start-ups and, as a consultant, has helped numerous clients develop and execute reimbursement strategies.

Julie has experience launching and operating new business operations and is known for exceeding customer service expectations. She has a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

Adi is a strategic advisor to medical technology companies, with 25+ years in market access, health economics, and reimbursement strategies. Adi has implemented national strategies to integrate innovations into existing treatment pathways. Adi serves as Industry Representative to the CMS MEDCAC Panel, and is co-Director of the NAMCP New Technologies Executive Leadership Council.

Carla has worked in the fields of Government Affairs and Market Access for over 30 years. She has led reimbursement functions for multi-national companies, as well as for start-ups, including LivaNova, Nevro, AqueSys, and Torax Medical. Her experience in developing and creating teams to remove market access barriers across complex therapies is unique. Carla has an entrepreneurial spirit and, in addition to co-founding JDL Access, she also co-founded JD LYMON and Argenta Advisors.
